I recently started taking Ativan one milligram. To be truthful, I was pretty worried about it at first. You know, the whole drug thing can be scary. But so far, it's been {prettysurprisingly well. I feel more relaxed and it's definitely helped with my insomnia. I haven't noticed any major side effects yet, just a little bit of sleepiness sometimes
